At Fashion Senss, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
💡 You can also choose to purchase “30-Day Return Insurance” at checkout, provided by Seel, for extended protection and peace of mind.
🧾 Eligibility for Returns
Fashion Senss will accept returns of unworn clothing items in their original condition, including:
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date tracking shows the order as delivered, and the returned package must be shipped back within 7 days after submitting your return request.
If your order was shipped in multiple packages, the 7-day return window begins from the date the final package is marked delivered.
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive your returned package for processing.
Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirming the outcome of your return.

⚠️ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not accept exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
🇪🇺 European Union (EU) Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be returned unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take your bank or card issuer additional time to process and post the refund.
